Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all untimed pallet and carton shipments. Typical handling time is around 2 working days, with delivery normally completed within 3 business days thereafter. Please note that as a wholesale supplier, all orders are sold B2B (trade only).

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, as this is a wholesale-only business.
  • Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving goods with photographic evidence.
  • Confirmed damaged items will be refunded or credited once images are reviewed and approved.
  • Refunds for pre-payments will be processed within 7 days upon written confirmation of bank details.
  • For account customers, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
  • If a pallet delivery is rejected upon arrival, a re-delivery charge will apply unless agreed in advance with our sales team.
